Video & Product Content - Terms of Use
Use of Content
By accepting, using or receiving a product from The Edge in Sport for the purpose of creating a video product, CV, review, demonstration, case study or other content, you agree that The Edge in Sport may use the resulting footage and content for its own marketing and promotional purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to, use on our:
- Website and online platforms;
- Social media channels;
- Advertising and promotional campaigns;
- Product CVs and product demonstrations;
- Case studies and customer examples;
- Sales and presentation materials;
- Promotional videos, reels and other marketing content; and
- Other reasonable marketing activities.
Customer & Product Use
The customer, athlete, team, club or organisation featured in the footage may be identified by name, logo or other branding where relevant.
The product and its use by the customer may be shown as an example of The Edge in Sport, including how the product performs, is used or delivers value in a real sporting environment.
We may edit, crop, shorten, combine or otherwise adapt the footage for different marketing formats.
Permission to Use
By participating in or supplying footage for the video/product CV, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the footage and associated content for the purposes described above.
Unless separately agreed in writing, no additional payment or royalty will be due for this use.
Your Rights & Permissions
You confirm that you have the necessary authority to provide the footage and give us permission to use it in accordance with these terms, including any necessary permissions relating to people, teams, clubs, venues, logos or other third-party rights appearing in the footage.
Fair Game
The purpose of this content is to showcase the product in the real world. Where you choose to participate and provide footage for this purpose, you acknowledge that the resulting video/product CV, including the customer and product featured within it, may be used by us as a genuine example of the product in sport and as part of our marketing.
By providing or participating in the footage, you agree to these terms.
